I try to avoid eating anything that smart.
I try to avoid drinking anything that smart, even.
(lives in a region where drinking out of coconuts is a popular pastime)
(just not coconuts that have been in the ocean for ages.)
(unless they’re sea coconuts)
I’m not to worried yet, but when the octopus learns to use the coconut shells to impersonate a galloping horse…
I already knew those tentacled marvels were way more intelligent than most people expected, even people that have seen them moving thru mazes and unscrewing bottles, in my lifetime i expect to see many more surprising discoveries about their intelligence.
I, for one, welcome our new cephalopod overlords.
